Friends at Clotho London (http://clotholondon.co.uk), Vivien and Caroline, hosted their first Clotho Fashion Hackathon (in line with Fashion Revolution Day http://fashionrevolution.org/) in late April 2015. I helped document their day here as new collaborations were made, old stitches were hacked and sewing threads were flying - all in the efforts to support sustainable fashion and upcycle old clothes into fresh new outfits. Artaic's robotic mosaic fabrication system rapidly assembles square foot sections of the mosaic. A polymer facing is adhered to the sections.
